End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and DAGGERtypo (“Licensor”) for the use of the DAGGERtypo font software (“Font Software”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Font Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
The Font Software is licensed, not sold. You do not own the Font Software.
The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable, unless otherwise stated.
All copyright and trademark notices must remain intact.
Breach of this Agreement terminates your license immediately.
You may:
Install the Font Software on your personal or work devices
Use it to create static designs such as:
printed materials (posters, flyers, books)
logos and branding
digital graphics exported as images or PDFs
You may embed rasterized outlines in final artwork.
You may not redistribute the font files, sell, lend, or share them.
You may:
Convert the Font Software to webfont formats (WOFF/WOFF2)
Self-host the webfont on your own server for your website
You may not:
Use the font as a webfont on third-party platforms without a license
Embed in applications or software without a separate license
Redistribute or resell the font
You may:
Embed the Font Software in your desktop or mobile applications
Provide access to users as part of the app’s functionality
You may not:
Redistribute the font outside your application
Allow users to extract the font files
Designed for larger organizations:
Covers multiple users, devices, and offices
Includes desktop, print, and limited web usage
May include volume discounts or extended usage
Contact DAGGERtypo for terms, pricing, and number of seats.
Fonts customized with your name, branding, or characters
License grants you rights for the custom font only
Redistribution or reselling is prohibited without explicit permission from DAGGERtypo
Fully bespoke typefaces created by DAGGERtypo
Licensing is project-specific and agreed upon in writing
Redistribution or resale is prohibited except as agreed in the contract
If included, variable font files are covered under the same license as the respective package (desktop, web, application, or corporate).
They may not be redistributed or embedded without proper licensing.
Trial fonts, if provided, are for evaluation purposes only and may not be used in commercial projects.
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
Your license terminates immediately if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Font Software.
The Font Software is provided “as is”.
DAGGERtypo is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Font Software.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country in which DAGGERtypo is based.
